OBAMA'S AMNESTY FOR CRIMINALS AND TERRORISTS -- A NATIONAL SECURITY PROBLEM

IMMIGRATION MUST NOT BE USED FOR POLITICAL GAINS Immigration reform is long overdue and must be dealt with, but not for political gain. Illegal immigration, long a misdemeanor of innocents, mostly Hispanics seeking a better life, is now criminal and a threat to national security. If Mr. Obama grants amnesty to criminals, even terrorists, to build the voter bloc, he will be abrogating his first obligation as president – providing for national security . It will be a crime against all Americans, an impeachable offense. I'm on record now opposing impeachment – no longer if an order of amnesty for these criminals comes down. Since early 2000's, drug and human trafficking have made illegal immigration criminal. Now, terrorists entering the USA makes it a clear and present danger to national security . The president must deal with national security responsibly. Amnesty for criminals, even terrorists, is irresponsible. In 20+ years of association in Mexico, and sign

EBOLA IN AMERICA --- POSSIBLY

EBOLA PARK -- A provocative comparison of Ebola to "Jurassic Park" and the chaos of man's arrogance regarding nature. By Dr. Robert Warren, PhD The policies of the federal government have brought Ebola to the United States. This is astounding, and it brings to mind “Jurassic Park” - the movie that showed us the rebirth of the dinosaurs, but also showed us the chaos that resulted from man’s arrogance regarding nature. Uncontrolled diseases of all kinds are now everywhere in the United States. Some are new to us - although well known in the tropics. Others are the re-emergence of long vanquished one. Each of these diseases, like the various types of dinosaurs, has unique capabilities. Some create respiratory problems in children, others severe joint pain, and some long-term potentially deadly health problems. The Tyrannosaurus Rex of the bunch is Ebola. It is a rapid and deadly killer. There are a number of entry points for these diseases. The so

ANOTHER WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST?

Ed. comment: A PROFOUND ANALYSIS AND THOUGHTS REGARDING THE AIRSTRIKES AGAINST ISIS(L) DESTINED TO FAIL UNDER DIRECTION OF A FECKLESS "LEADER" WHO HASN'T A CLUE AS TO WHAT A STRATEGY IS AND WHO APPARENTLY THINKS THAT IN WAR WE ANNOUNCE OUR INTENTIONS TO THE ENEMY.  BY MICHAEL WILSON  Ed/Owner's note: Michael Wilson is not only a profound thinker, as this piece confirms, he is a veteran who nearly gave his life in service to America. I agree totally with Mr. Wilson. I am grateful to him for permitting me to post this for our 4,000+ daily readers around the world. Here are Mr. Wilson's thoughts. It would seem that we are stumbling inexorably into another war in the middle east. I feel absolutely nothing even approaching schadenfreude as my analyses and predictions concerning the harm done by the policies of this administration are proven correct. More American lives will be lost as a result of the policy failures of this ho

ERIC HOLDER TO THE SUPREME COURT

MY PREDICTIONS (look below for the latest after a bit of explanation) I have found over time that many, if not most of my predictions regarding government actions, foreign affairs and special societal events have come true. For inexplicable reasons, people who lean politically left often rebut, and those most hide-bound to the left often do so vociferously, even venomously. Expletives and name calling are normal from the latter. One dramatic example was the so-called “Arab Spring” and the overthrow of Hosni Mubarak. While James Clapper, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama et al were touting “Democracy in Egypt,” I wrote, in this blog, that the Muslim Brotherhood would be “elected” and would take over Egypt. It happened as expected. And, the military still may be the only entity to maintain order in Egypt. I also wrote that a “pan-Islamic region was the goal of activists (aka radicals) in the mid-east. It is now happening. That a Caliphate will be formed is now virtuall

WELFARE STATE -- GOVERNMENT GREED

Greed in the Welfare State: (plus Sen. Mark Warner's hypocrisy...ed note) By Dr. Robert Warren, PhD Whenever the word “greed” is used, it is directed at Americans who favor the individual rather than the collective. Those who save for their retirement are “hoarders”. Those who work for a living are “stealing” jobs they didn’t deserve. Owners of private companies didn’t “build that business”. And, the wealthy are just plain uncaring, undeserving – and greedy. Greed is seldom applied to the government. Yet the government will beg, borrow and steal every dollar it wants through taxes, fees and political corruption. To expect fiscal integrity in government is to expect the impossible - as a national debt approaching 20 trillion dollars and the uncontrolled printing of money clearly demonstrates. But greed is also an issue with the poor. There are well over 100 million Americans on some form of welfare program. Many are now so comfortable “working the
Justice in the Bizarro World (satirical truth) by Dr. Robert Warren, PhD Editor/Owner's note : Dr. Warren will post a follow-up later I hope readers enjoy, but also comprehend the truth and accuracy of, this satirical presentation of life today as traditional America is transforme d. I think it started a couple of years ago but, blame me, I was too busy to notice. Then with a clap of thunder and a resounding “What the heck?”, I was transported into Bizarro World. But let me step back for a minute. I grew up poor, but not impoverished. I worked my way through an education, got a job, got married and started a family, went into business and am now retired. Little did I know that this standard for American success was going to be undone and even considered an injustice. In Bizarro World, those who save for their retirement are “hoarders”. If you aren’t out there spending and consuming then you are greedy. Even stranger, if you earn a living through work the

CONGRATULATIONS TO THINKING SCOTS FOR VOTING TO STAY WITH THE UK

After posting the previous article regarding the separatist movement and impending vote for Scottish independence from Britain, some asked why I, as an American, was concerned about internal UK "politics.:"  This is far more than just UK politics. A vote to separate from Britain would have, almost assuredly, led to "Balkanization," financial stress, dislocations, government chaos and perhaps more that would have had worldwide impact, especially on the western world. Britain is our most reliable ally of the United States and our relationships would surely have been affected. When I spent time in Scotland and had the opportunity to speak with people both pro- and con-independence, the "pros" made somewhat convincing arguments, their passion for it making it sound convincing. But, beyond their passion, an analytical assessment of the many results to be contemplated showed their arguments not to be compelling. I came away from such discussions convinced tha

PAN-ISLAMIC STATE -- My prediction in July 2013

Below is a re-post of an article I wrote in July 2013 that, in reflection and now with current evidence, is spot on as I believed to be evident from information available at the time but ignored, or falsely reported by media. ARE OUR LEADERS IGNORANT, NOT ASTUTE ENOUGH TO READ TRUTHS AND FACTS IN REAL TIME.... OR ARE THEY COMPLICIT IN THE EVENTS? The way Mr. Obama has treated the ISIS threat compels the question, especially the latter. Sorry to come to this position. This issue takes me back to my May 1, 2013 post, "Obama--Inept or Deliberately Destroying Traditional America?" I chose to think ineptitude then. More and more I must wonder and reassess the issue. Wednesday, July 3, 2013 EGYPT IS NO DEMOCRACY -- The Arab Spring Fallacies 03 July 2013   The following is a response to a question about the current demonstrations in Egypt and how the “democracy” will be affected. There is no democracy in Egypt. Democracy as we define it hardly fits the situa

AMERICA'S CONDITION -- Democrats control politics and culture, financial industry the economy

THE AMERICAN CONDITION (CARMA forum January 16, 2014) How did America get into the condition she is in today? PRELIMINARY COMMENTS FOR THE CARMA FORUM If you've ever eaten an elephant, you know it's difficult to decide where to take the first bite. Well, so it is trying to discuss a topic as broad and complex as “The American Condition.” But, let's try. Get a start for a further forums and for written articles. Let's take a broad brush look at a brief summary of how we've evolved, or devolved, POLITICALLY, CULTURALLY AND ECONOMICALLY since we became a free nation. My intentions are to offer some thoughts, not necessarily in any order, then conclude with analysis and commentary regarding our CURRENT “CONDITION” and how we arrived to it. Please interject when you wish. I intend to leave adequate time for group discussion at the end. Let's ask, “Who were we?” and “Who are we now?” The essence can be found in looking at ou

IMPEACH PRESIDENT OBAMA? JUSTIFIABLE BUT NO

OBAMA'S VIOLATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION AND FAILURE TO FAITHFULLY EXECUTE THE LAWS PASSED BY CONGRESS THIS DOCUMENT DISCUSSES ELEVEN OF PRESIDENT OBAMA’S VIOLATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION AND FIVE BREACHES OF PUBLIC TRUST OUT OF NUMEROUS INSTANCES OF EXCEEDING THE LIMITATIONS OF EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE II OF THE CONSTITUTION.    Some violations and breaches of trust undoubtedly rise to a level to warrant IMPEACHMENT. However, with a strong Democrat majority in the US Senate, impeachment proceedings would surely fail. It would be a fool's errand to attempt it. Perhaps even more compelling is the fact that THE AMERICAN CONDITION IS CRITICAL, so fractured politically, so contentious and government all but totally dysfunctional that an impeachment proceeding, even if it could be brought, would be so divisive and rancorous as to have the distinct possibility, even probability, of creating it's own constitutional crisis. While many have propos

GDP DROP 1ST QUARTER 2013 REVISED TO 2.9% FROM 1%... VERY SIGNIFICANT

UPDATE: GDP SHRANK 2.9% REVISED CALCULATIONS SHOW --- JUNE 27, 2014   THIS SHRINKAGE IS BEING PROMOTED BY SOME, MOSTLY APOLOGISTS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION, AS A "NOT-UNEXPECTED" BLIP.  BY OTHERS AS THE BEGINNING OF CATASTROPHIC DECLINE IN THE ECONOMY. I CHOOSE NOT TO BELIEVE EITHER, RATHER TO THINK THERE WILL BE A CONTINUED DECLINE AS  CONSUMER CONFIDENCE DECLINES AND THE FED MORE AGGRESSIVELY REDUCES QE AND BEGINS RAISING INTEREST RATES. WE CAN EXPECT A STOCK MARKET DECLINE AS WELL,  BUT NOT FOR THE REASONS ROBERT REICH WROTE....POSTED EARLIER AND REFERRED TO ON JUNE 1 BELO W .      EARLIER REPORT ON JUNE 1, 2014 GDP SHRINKS BY 1% IN 1ST QUARTER 2014 Another report that suggests Robert Reich's commentary, previously posted and written about, is inaccurate.   From The Wall Street Journal, May 27, 2014 U.S. GDP Contracted at 1% Pace in First Quarter The U.S. economy contracted in the first quarter of 2014, the latest stumble for a recover

HOUSE MAJORITY LEADER ERIC CANTOR'S DEFEAT -- A PARADIGM SHIFT?

A NEW PARADIGM IN ELECTION INFLUENCE, A NEW ERA BEGINNING? As you read this keep in mind GETTING OUT THE VOTE, something conservative Republicans have not done effectively for many election cycles. They focus on ideological purity, even single issues or parts of issues, and refrain from voting if the candidate isn't "pure" on their issue. Ideology alone cannot win elections, getting voters out to vote does. And, we cannot govern if we don't win. Sure, it sounds trite, but it's a truism. Also, please know that, in my opinion, Brat's issues were sound conservative ones and his focus on the Virginia Republican creed was music to the ears of many of us. However it is my strong and considered belief that he beat Cantor with the constant hammering on the issue of amnesty for immigrants, all led by radio talk show hosts. (edited June 15, 2013) JAM Congressional Majority Leader Eric Cantor's loss to a conservative political neophyte, Professor David Brat,

GDP SHRINKS BY 1% IN 1ST QUARTER 2014

Another report that suggests Robert Reich's commentary, previously posted and written about, is inaccurate.   From The Wall Street Journal, May 27, 2014 U.S. GDP Contracted at 1% Pace in First Quarter The U.S. economy contracted in the first quarter of 2014, the latest stumble for a recovery that has struggled to find its footing since the recession ended almost five years ago. Gross domestic product, the broadest measure of goods and services produced across the economy, contracted at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.0% in the first three months of the year, the Commerce Department said Thursday. It was the first time economic output contracted since the first quarter of 2011, when it declined at a 1.3% pace. See More Coverage »

ROBERT REICH'S INACCURATE ECONOMIC REPORTS

ROBERT REIC H -- INEPT ECONOMIC PREDICTIONS OR COVERING FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA AND HIS DYSFUNCTIONAL ECONOMIC ADVISERS? Recently, Robert Reich issued the statement below published as a meme in a Face Book group in which I'm a participant. Innocent people, who want to trust his advice because of his “status,” bought into his theory. I dissented because his opinion made no sense, was even a reversal of normal economic consequences of corporate actions. I even pondered if Reich was setting up a straw man for coming unfavorable economic news to protect President Obama and his economic advisers, whom I've long viewed as dysfunctional. The economic news of the last few days strongly suggest the latter. Reports today are that the GDP retracted 1% in the last quarter. There were indicators that this was coming. If some of us laymen saw it, why did Reich not know it? The recent retail sector reports are strong indicators of a downturn also. Did Reich not know this? Did h

OBAMA INEPT -- TIME TO POST THIS AGAIN

Image
With the president continuing to demonstrate profound mismanagement in the newest case, the VA scandal, it's time to post this piece again. His performance was predictable. Please read and respond. Much more is needed than the "president" saying he is "mad as hell" (again). I suppose he means angry, but maybe he is mad. I'm surely angry! Enough mismanagement already! From Wednesday, May 1, 2013 OBAMA -- INEPT OR DELIBERATELY DESTROYING TRADITIONAL AMERICA THIS ARTICLE DEFINES PRESIDENT OBAMA'S LACK OF QUALIFICATIONS AND HIS MANAGEMENT STYLE SOME SAY “AMERICA HAS BECOME TOO COMPLEX  TO MANAGE.” I REJECT THAT EMPHATICALLY. RATHER WE ARE ELECTING PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO MANAGE HER. PRESIDENT OBAMA EPITOMIZES THIS DILEMMA. Since he was first elected president with no accountable job performance, no notable qualifications and with much of his background unknown, many have speculated that Mr. Obama is an operative
