I wrote this in response to a FB post that said "kids are demonstrating because they fear being shot." Of course they are fearful, but most are not demonstrating without leadership of others who are using them as pawns. Gun violence has been handled horribly by legislators. The students have reasons to be fearful, but do not deserve to be used as pawns for "Progressives'" motivations to ban guns. Congress people deserve much criticism for not dealing properly with the issue of gun violence and for  leaving the issue to radicals am ong us. Just one more issue with which they've ignored proper problem-solving methodology and punted the issue to "Progressives" who will push only their biased agenda. Can't blame them, except for their dishonesty, but the real issue is, when the root cause of the problem is ignored, the result is invariably creation of more problems. SANCTARY CITIES and state s: One purpose, one goal one explanation. VOTER BLOC CONTROL, just as the opposition to voter IDs is to protect voter blocs. "Progressive" Democrats have been disingenuously treating immigration for voter bloc control for decades and Republicans have been stuck on stupid permitting it to happen. To watch Gov. Moonbeam Brown and the mayor of Oakland condemning those who try to persuade, or force, them to obey the Rule Of Law is beyond disgusting.

TO THOSE WHO RAIL ABOUT GUN CONTROL, AND POST NONSENSICAL MEMES ON FACEBOOK ABOUT PROTECTING SCHOOLS BUT HAVE NO SOLUTION ALTHOUGH YOU REFLEXIVELY RANT ABOUT GUN BANS, ..... Do any of you ever consider doing a bit of analytical thinking and to understand the real and true reasons that we have the problems of massacres in schools and elsewhere, when the problem started and how it has grown to a critical state?? NO! It's much simpler, requires much less emotional energy and requires much less intellect to execute a bias, follow your herd and arrive at solu tions that aren't solutions at all. Did you ever think that it just might be a result of the same kind of misguided policies of the past? It is!! Look around. Examples are several, many. We've had 8 decades of misguided societal changes that have become societal decadence from loss of sense of family to abrogation of the Rule Of Law. And, you fight to continue the same senseless policies.

Another analytical thought on guns in schools that, I believe, puts the issue in proper perspective from a friend.  Much to my chagrin, I think armed guards will become a staple in schools, public or private. How these individuals are managed is another matter. I think the most suitable candidates are police, perhaps some former service men and women. I do not recommend private security... PERHAPS WE MUST APPOINT CITIZEN GROUPS, CONSULTANTS AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO DEVELOP A STRATEGY FOR STOPPING SCHOOL SHOOTINGS. It is incumbent on legislators at all levels, local school boards and parents to develop and implement a meaningful, non-political, strategy to stop the tragedies such as the most recent school shooting Parkland, Florida. To start, I strongly recommend the following: 1. Remove all signs designating schools as "NO-GUN ZONES." This nonsensical sign may keep guns away from students but it invites other gunners to attack without fear of being "taken out." 2. Put armed guards in the schools and make it known they are there. 3. Arm, vet and train selected teachers and administrators to be placed randomly around/in the school.    4. Begin immediately (NOW) to re-legislate the COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH ACT OF 1963 that is the basis for mainstreaming psychopaths, sociopaths and criminally insane on psychotropic drugs, which do not cure psychosis but only suppresses the condition. I find it absolutely incredible that the serious, even critical, immigration reform issue takes on DACA as a major focus. There are 700K, 800K, 1.8 million, how many??. But, Congress holds up critical budgeting by making DACA a controlling issue, with Nancy Pelosi in the House and Chuck Schumer "leading" the idiocy . DACA even controls budget process now. As President Trump receives an excess of criticism from many people, it becomes clear that he has brought out the worst of many and they have no hesitancy to expose their bias, ignorance, dishonesty and improprieties.  One positive aspect of Trump's election is that many of the worst among us are identifying themselves. Now Ruth Bader Ginsburg who will not attend the SOTU by Trump ! All levels of our judiciary are political to a fault and now the SCOTUS is showing why we shouldn't appoint these people for life. A new economic theory is being promoted by some of the leftist propaganda network. Increased income to the bottom line causes corporate bankruptcies. Yep! When Occupy Democrats promoted that the Obama administration's GDP growth of barely 2% was superior to Reagan's "trickle down" economic results of 3.6% over 94 months, I thought that was the peak of idiocy. NO. Now other misguided fools are selling the bogus stories that Trump's tax cuts are causing bankruptcies of several companies. This shows a new level of stupidity when increased income, aka profits, causes companies to go bankrupt. Worse than the fact that they promote such nonsense is that too many believe it. Say 50%?
