KIM/TRUMP SUMMIT -- DISHONEST DEMS

Democrats are now trying to sell negative for Trump saying that Kim has "won" the summit because Trump has elevated him to a top world leader. This is nothing but an attempt to protect Barack Obama from criticism for the failure of his "strategic patience" strategy, that wasn't a strategy at all, in the event that the summit is successful, even in slight degree. How dishonest can they be? It is absolutely infuriating to listen to the ridiculous characterizations of the Trump/Kim summit by the utterly dishonest shills for the worst of the "Progressive" Democrats, especially in covering for arguably the worst president of our time, Barack Obama, who was/is not pro-America at all. Shill Mary Ann Marsh is now asserting that Kim is already the winner of the summit because he gets credibility by Trump elevating him to top leader status by meeting with him. For God's sake!!! How low can they go? This is a not-even-slightly-veiled defense of Obama by attempting to make people believe that Obama's actions were correct and Trump's not so. "Strategic Patience" of Obama and similar ineptitude on the part of other prior presidents have permitted North Korea to build a massive nuclear capability that now gives Trump and other national leaders a most difficult problem to solve. I am totally disgusted to see how dishonest and scurrilous those in the party of most of my family have become. Worse, good people simply fall in line reflexively without evaluating them.

ETHANOL -- The worst mandate ever gets even worse

When politicians get control of science and the inept or dishonest scientists, nothing good comes of it. There are many examples -- global warming (aka climate change) is the most prominent. The ethanol mandate, although a part of the climate change mania, stands on its own as arguably the most ridiculous mandate of all time. President Jimmy Carter, who was influenced by a misguided college professor, can be charged with the mistake of promulgating the ethanol mandate.  Of course, Al Gore is the politician who played the global warming issue like a drum and has benefited financially from it. Use of ethanol in motor fuel is not a net positive either in costs or in impact on the environment.... enormous hype to the contrary notwithstanding.
